Soimy

The village of Soimy is located on the banks of the Rika River near Mizhhirya. The name Soimy comes from "soimennya" - the confluence of the two rivers Repinka and Rika in a narrow valley between the mountains.

In the Kvasovets tract, there is a source of mineral water of the "Yesentuki" type, on the basis of which the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases is organized (the sanatorium "Verkhovyna" operates). The construction of a large hotel complex is frozen.

Село Сойми розташоване на березі річки Ріка поруч з Міжгір'ям. Назва Сойми походить від "соімення" - злиття двох річок Репінки й Ріки у вузькій долині між горами.

В урочищі Квасовець тут знаходиться джерело мінеральної води типу "Єсентуки", на базі якого організовано лікування шлунково-кишкових захворювань (діє санаторій "Верховина"). Заморожено будівництво великого готельного комплексу.
