The first wooden church in the city was founded back in 1496, and the previous church of Saint Stanislav, built in 1779 by Yan Zamoyskyi, was located in the center of the city.

The present church was built by the efforts of father Vladyslav Vanahs. The church of the Polish Army in Warsaw was taken as a sample.

In 2023, the sanctuary of Saint Anthony of Padua was established in the church of Saint Stanislav, which houses the miraculous icon.

Костел Святого Станіслава збудований у 1989 році на місці цвинтарної каплиці – єдиного храму, що зберігся в Городку за часів радянської влади.

Перший дерев'яний костел у місті був заснований ще в 1496 році, а попередній костел Святого Станіслава, збудований у 1779 році Яном Замойським, розташовувався в центрі міста.

Нинішній храм збудовано стараннями отця Владислава Ванагса. За зразок взято костел Польського війська у Варшаві.

В 2023 році у храмі Святого Станіслава, у якому зберігається чудотворна ікона, встановлено санктуарій Святого Антонія Падуанського.
