General Zoological Reserve "Zubrovytsya"

Reserve

The general zoological reserve "Zubrovytsya" was created in 1993 as a place of settlement of a valuable species of wild Bukovyna fauna - the European bison.

Currently, the area of ​​the reserve is 27 thousand hectares. A modern enclosure with an area of ​​more than 80 hectares has been created here, in which more than 30 heads of wild bison are kept in semi-free conditions.

Excursions are held.
