The village of Plebanivka on the Hniezna River is the southern suburb of Terebovlia. Located on the M-19 highway "Ternopil - Chernivtsi".
It arose in the 15th century on lands belonging to the Carmelite church and monastery. Probably, the prebendary was located here - the abbot's yard. At the beginning of the 19th century, the village belonged to the Kozibrodsky landowners.
In 1896, during the construction of the Ternopil - Kopychyntsi railway, a nine-arched stone viaduct railway bridge was built, which has been preserved and is still used for its intended purpose.
