Museum / gallery
The Ustynivka History Museum is located in the premises of the House of Culture of the urban-type village of Ustynivka. It was opened in 2003 on the initiative of local historians Hryhoriy and Tetyana Musenko. It was they who formed the main exposition about the history of the then Ustiniv district from ancient times to the present day.
The archaeological collection of the museum presents the stone tools of primitive people: silicon scrapers, cutters, manual stone chisels.
The ethnographic collection includes embroidered towels, ancient clothing, wooden tools and household items. Also presented is a whole series of products of master blacksmiths, which were made in local forges: forged nails, horseshoes, fishing rods, stirrups, cattle chains, etc. The collections of metal sickles and irons are interesting.
The Ustynivka History Museum has a permanent exhibition devoted to the defenders of Ukraine of all generations, in particular to the heroes of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
