Turka

The village of Turka is located on the territory of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, 13 kilometers from Kolomyia, on the banks of the Turka River.

The first documentary written mention of the village dates back to 1400. Ancient barrows have been preserved on the territory of the village.

In the center of Turka, you can see the Church of the Holy Spirit, built in 1927 on the site of the one destroyed during the First World War.

There is a memorial cross to the fighters for the freedom of Ukraine.

Село Турка розташоване на території Івано-Франківської області в 13 кілометрах від Коломиї на березі річки Турка.

Перша документальна згадка про село датується 1400 роком. На території Турки збереглися стародавні кургани.

В центрі села можна побачити церкву Святого Духа, збудовану у 1927 році на місці знищеної в часи Першої світової війни.

Є пам'ятний хрест борцям за волю України.
