Samostrily

The village of Samostrily is located next to the highway M-06 (E-40) "Kyiv - Chop", between Korets and Hoshcha.

Known since the 12th century as Pohoriltsi. Since 1789, the village belonged to the nobleman Vaclav Boreyk, who laid the famous botanical garden on the hilly terrain, which, unfortunately, has almost not been preserved.

In the 18th and 19th centuries, the Samostrily belonged to the Lubomyrskyi princes, then the Malynskyi princes.

A monument to Taras Shevchenko was erected.

Road service infrastructure is being developed on the highway near the village.

Село Самостріли розташоване поруч з трасою М-06 (Е-40) "Київ - Чоп", між Корцем і Гощею.

Відоме з XII сторіччя як Погорільці. З 1789 року село належало шляхтичу Вацлаву Борейку, який заклав на горбистому рельєфі знаменитий ботанічний сад, який на жаль майже не зберігся.

В XVIII-XIX століттях Самостріли належали князям Любомирським, потім Малинським.

Встановлено пам'ятник Тарасові Шевченку.

На трасі біля села розвивається інфраструктура дорожнього сервісу.
