Visitors to the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Historical and Cultural Reserve can once again access the exposition on the history of the Korsun region, which is located in the annex to the entrance gate of the Stanislav Poniatovsky palace.
The Historical Museum of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi State Historical and Cultural Reserve has resumed receiving visitors and conducting excursions. This is reported by the administration of the reserve on the official Facebook page.
"From April 28, after a break of more than a year, we reopened the exposition of the Historical Museum. The museum is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office. We invite you, dear citizens and guests of the city, to visit the museum." – said in the message.
The exposition of the Historical Museum is located in the right annex to the tower of the entrance gate of the Stanislaus Poniatowski Palace. More than 2,000 exhibits in six halls reveal the history of the Korsun Region in the context of the history of the whole of Ukraine from ancient times to the present day.
The cost of a full entrance ticket to the museum is 30 hryvnias, a tour of the museum exposition costs 200 hryvnias.
As reported by travels.in.ua, in April, the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Historical and Cultural Reserve returned the "Palace of the Lopukhins" to its historical name "Palace of Stanislav Poniatovsky", and dismantled the exposition of the museum of the history of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi battle located in it.
