15 interactive exhibits from the traveling exhibition "Museum of Science" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine allow visitors to visually familiarize themselves with the laws of physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and other sciences.

The first science museum in Poltava was opened for the 205th anniversary of the founding of the Yuriy Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic National University. The project was implemented in cooperation with the National Center "Small Academy of Sciences", the first state "Museum of Science" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Polytechnic Startup School, the media center of the university reports.

The exposition of the museum is placed in several specially equipped halls, where scientific discoveries, phenomena, inventions of scientists of the Poltava Polytechnic are presented in an accessible and interesting form.

"Exhibits from the Poltava Polytechnic and a mobile exhibition from the Kyiv "Science Museum" of the MAN of Ukraine are presented at the exhibition. Scientists from the Poltava Polytechnic worked on the arrangement of the space, and consulting support was provided by specialists of the first state "Museum of Science" of the MAN of Ukraine," the message says.

At the opening, visitors saw 15 interactive exhibits, adapted both for children of primary school age and for adult visitors. By interacting with the exhibits and using the tips of the interpreters, visitors have the opportunity to learn about various laws and phenomena of physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, etc.

"The Science Museum is a museum where you can't help but touch the exhibits," Rector of the Poltava Polytechnic Stanislav Dovgiy emphasized during the museum's opening ceremony.

The exposition is promised to be updated quarterly.

Перший у Полтаві музей науки відкрився до 205-ї річниці від заснування Національного університету "Полтавська політехніка імені Юрія Кондратюка". Проєкт реалізовано у співпраці з НЦ "Мала академія наук", першим державним "Музеєм науки" МАН України і Startup-школою політехніки, повідомляє медіацентр університету.

Експозиція музею розміщена у кількох спеціально обладнаних залах, де у доступній і цікавій формі представлені наукові відкриття, явища, винаходи вчених Полтавської політехніки.

"На виставці представлені експонати з Полтавської політехніки та пересувна експозиція з київського "Музею науки" МАН України. Над облаштуванням простору працювали науковці Полтавської політехніки, консультаційну підтримку надали фахівці першого державного "Музею науки" МАН України", – йдеться у повідомленні.

На відкритті відвідувачі побачили 15 інтерактивних експонатів, адаптованих як для дітей молодшого шкільного віку, так і для дорослих відвідувачів. Взаємодіючи з експонатами і користуючись підказками інтерпретаторів, відвідувачі мають можливість дізнатися про різноманітні закони та явища фізики, хімії, математики, біології тощо.

"Музей науки – музей в якому не можна не торкатись експонатів", – наголосив ректор Полтавської політехніки Станіслав Довгий під час церемонії відкриття музею.

Експозицію обіцяють оновлювати щоквартально.
