The new owner enlisted the support of architects, researchers, experts and consultants who specialize in the restoration and preservation of architectural monuments, and also invites the public to dialogue.

The Lviv Regional Military Administration and the new owner of the Rzewuski and Lanckoroński palace, the investment company EFI Group, signed a memorandum of cooperation in the implementation of the restoration project of the architectural complex in the village of Rozdil, Stryi District.

It is noted that EFI Group purchased the palace at a privatization auction for 20 million hryvnias in June 2023. The company has already signed an agreement on the protection of cultural heritage and preservation of the historical appearance of the monument.

EFI Group Supervisory Board Chairman Ihor Liski believes that the support and preservation of unique monuments should be a priority task of socially responsible business.

"Our main motivation is the primary preservation of the building, so we will prepare the necessary project in which the foundation of the building and the distribution communications it has will be investigated. Based on this data, we will decide how best to reconstruct this building, we will involve experts and specialized specialists in this field. It is very important not only to preserve this building, but also to breathe life into it. This object can confidently become a new place of work for the local population and an additional source of income for the community budget. We will attract as many interested people as possible to discuss the future fate of this palace." - noted Ihor Liski.

The Rzewuski-Lanckoroński Palace was built in 1740 in the French Renaissance style by Michał Rzewuski, the heir of Rozdil. The park surrounding the palace is part of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine, confirming its ecological significance. In the 19th century, the palace became the ancestral heritage of the Lanckoroński family, which expanded it within the limits of the then possibilities. Ancient sculptures and art objects that enriched the interior were selected by Karol Lanckoroński.

After the Second World War, most of the valuables were taken out of the country. However, thanks to the efforts of Borys Voznytskyi, director of the Lviv Art Gallery, it was possible to save two ancient sculptures. During Soviet times, the palace was turned into a branch of one of Morshin's sanatoriums. After the declaration of the Independence of Ukraine, it became the owner of "Ukrprofozdrovnytsia". In 2017, the Supreme Court decided to return the palace to the state. In 2022, it came under the management of the State Property Fund, which put it up for auction.

Меморандум про співпрацю в реалізації проєкту відновлення палацу Жевуських та Лянцкоронських у селищі Розділ Стрийського району підписала Львівська обласна військова адміністрація з новим власником архітектурного компексу – інвестиційною компанією EFI Group. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Львівської ОВА.

Зазначається, що EFI Group придбала палац на приватизаційному аукціоні за 20 мільйонів гривень у червні 2023 року. Компанія вже підписала договір про охорону культурної спадщини та збереження історичного вигляду пам'ятки. 

Голова наглядової ради EFI Group Ігор Ліскі вважає, що підтримка та збереження унікальних пам'яток повинні бути пріоритетним завданням соціально-відповідального бізнесу.

"Нашою головною мотивацією є першочергове збереження будівлі, тому ми підготуємо необхідний проєкт, у якому буде досліджено фундамент будівлі та розподільчі комунікації, які вона має. На основі цих даних ми вирішимо, як найкраще цю будівлю реконструювати, залучимо експертів та профільних спеціалістів цього напряму. Дуже важливо не лише зберегти цю будівлю, але й вдихнути в неї життя. Цей об'єкт сміливо може стати новим місцем праці для місцевого населення та додатковим джерелом надходжень у бюджет громади. Ми залучимо якомога більше небайдужих людей для обговорення подальшої долі цього палацу", – зазначив Ігор Ліскі.

Палац Жевуських-Лянцкоронських збудований у 1740 році у стилі французького ренесансу дідичем Роздолу Міхалом Жевуським. Парк, що обіймає палац, є складовою природно-заповідного фонду України, підтверджуючи його екологічну значущість. В XIX столітті палац став родовим спадком родини Лянцкоронських, що розширила його в межах тодішніх можливостей. Античні скульптури та предмети мистецтва, які збагатили інтер’єр, підбирав Кароль Лянцкоронський. 

Після Другої світової війни більшість цінностей вивезли за межі країни. Однак, завдяки зусиллям Бориса Возницького, директора Львівської галереї мистецтв, вдалося зберегти дві античні скульптури. Під радянських часів палац перетворили на філіал одного із санаторіїв Моршина. Після проголошення Незалежності України його власником стала "Укрпрофоздоровниця". В 2017 році Верховний суд вирішив повернути палац державі. У 2022 році він перейшов під управління Фонду держмайна, який виставив його на торги.
