General information about "Baranovo" Ceese Factory (Iza)
The private cheese factory on the basis of the Baranovo sheep farm is located in the village of Iza.
Cheese production is located in several rooms where cheese-making equipment is installed. The cheese is made from natural products, and a natural rennet component from the stomach of a young calf is used for thickening. The assortment includes several types of cheese: brynza, hard cheese, soft cheese from cow's and sheep's milk.
There are tours with tasting of ten types of cheese with wine or yogurt. You can also buy various types of locally produced cheese and lamb sausage at the Baranovo farm, take a walk around the farm and look at the sheep. Large groups are advised to book in advance.
Приватна сироварня на базі вівцеферми ОСГ "Бараново" розташована в селі Іза.
Виробництво сирів розміщується у кількох кімнатах, де встановлено обладнання для сироваріння. Сир виробляють із натуральних продуктів, для згущування використовується натуральний сичужний компонент зі шлунка молодого теляти. В асортименті кілька сортів сиру: бринза, твердий сир, м'який сир із коров'ячого та овечого молока.
Проводяться екскурсії з дегустацією десятьох сортів сиру з вином чи йогуртом. Також на ОСГ "Бараново" можна придбати різні сорти сиру місцевого виробництва та ковбасу з баранини, прогулятися територією ферми та подивитися на овець. Великим групам бажано записуватись заздалегідь.
