General information about Saint George Church (Bilylivka)
The stone church of Saint George in Bilylivka was built in 1826-1832 on the site of a small, older church of the same name, which was destroyed by the Mongol-Tatars.
The temple was built in the style of classicism under the direction of the architect Vasyl Syerikov, known for his works in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
Saint George's Church is an architectural monument of local importance.
Кам'яна Свято-Георгіївська церква у Білилівці збудована в 1826-1832 роках на місці невеличкого однойменного більш давнього храму, який був зруйнований монголо-татарами.
Храм виконаний у стилі класицизму під керівництвом архітектора Василя Сєрікова, відомого своїми роботами в Києво-Печерській Лаврі..
Свято-Георгіївська церква є пам'яткою архітектури місцевого значення.
