В музейному комплексі відтворено два бараки, сторожові вежі, загорожа з колючого дроту та інші інфраструктурні об'єкти.

Музей розповідає про історію політичних, соціальних, етнічних та релігійних репресій тоталітарних режимів проти населення, яке мешкало на території України.
