Музей окупації міста Ізюм російськими загарбниками у 2022 році заснував видавець газети "Обрії Ізюмщини" Костянтин Григоренко за участі Ізюмського краєзнавчого музею. Поки що музей не має власного приміщення.

На сьогодні колекція музею налічує понад 200 експонатів. Серед них – російські агітаційні плакати і листівки, вуличні вказівники та оголошення, проросійські газети, ворожі прапори, однострої окупаційних військ, шеврони, особисті речі окупантів, сухпайки. Представлені солдатські консерви, цукор, сірники – все з російським маркуванням.

Також можна побачити підручники освітян, які перейшли на бік окупантів та готувалися навчати ізюмських школярів за російською програмою.
