Valiava Village History Museum, Valiava

The Valiava Museum of Village History was opened in 1985 on the initiative of the writer Vasyl Kishkan. The museum is located on the second floor of the administrative building, next to the school.

The exposition of the first hall of the museum highlights the most ancient times in the history of the village of Valiava. The materials of the second hall are dedicated to the daily life of the local population - tools, everyday and festive clothes are presented. Separate materials tell about the construction of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village (1778).

Валявський музей історії села було відкрито в  1985 році з ініціативи письменника Василя Кішкана. Музей розташований на другому поверсі адміністративного будинку, поруч із школою. 

Експозиція першої зали музею висвітлює найдавніші часи в історії села Валява. Матеріали другої зали присвячені побуту місцевого населення  - представлені знаряддя праці, буденний та святковий одяг. Окремі матеріали розповідають про будівництво в селі храму Успіння Пресвятої Богородиці (1778 рік). 

Третя зала розповідає про події Другої світової війни, на фронтах якої загинуло 123 жителя села. Експозиція четвертої зали присвячена післявоєнному періоду, розбудові села в 1970-1980 роках.
