The Ananiv Historical and Art Museum was opened on November 6, 1977 on the main street of Ananiv as a branch of the Odesa Art Museum.
The building, which houses the museum, was built in the 80s of the XIX century. Before the Bolshevik coup of 1917, it was one of the most profitable houses.
The museum's exposition presents works by local artists - Rostyslav Paletsky, Pavlo Lyakhovsky, Heorhiy Byelal and others. The pearl of the exposition is a painting by the famous battle artist Yevhen Stolytsya, a student of Hennadiy Ladyzhensky, Mykhaylo Klodt, and Arkhip Kuyindzhi. During the opening of the museum, 3 halls with unique materials about the artist's life were set aside for the permanent exhibition of the works of Academician of Painting Yevhen Stolytsya.
Three more halls of the museum are devoted to the local history and history of Ananiv and the district - the exposition presents the everyday objects of Ananiv residents, materials about the years of the Second World War and the pre-revolutionary period of the city of Ananiv.

The Balta Historical Museum is located in a two-story building, which is an architectural monument, in the center of the city of Balta. The museum was opened in 2011 thanks to the efforts of its director, local historian and honorary citizen of the city Petro Tkach.
The museum's exposition reflects the history of the city of Balta and its present. There is a rich collection of exhibits reflecting different eras and events in the life of the Balta people: a golden Scythian vase weighing 636 grams is kept here, you can see the bones of a mammoth and a mastodon, excavated by local residents. The exposition also widely presents photographs and things of the princes Lyubomyrsky, former owners of these lands, household items of peasants and artisans, Roman amulets, items of ammunition from different times, attributes of Cossack life.
One of the museum expositions is dedicated to the famous fellow countryman - the Ukrainian poet, humorist and satirist Stepan Oliynyk.
The large museum hall regularly hosts exhibitions of local artists, various events, open-air performances, and presentations.

The Holy Intercession Church was built in the village of Yasenove Druhe in the second half of the 18th century. It is an architectural monument of local importance.
The church houses a unique icon of the Most Holy Theotokos "It is Worthy to Be", which was painted and consecrated in the cell of John Chrysostom on Mount Athos and is revered by local residents as a highly revered shrine.
On the territory of the Holy Intercession Church is the Yasenivsky Historical and Local Lore Museum with rare artifacts from the history of the region.

The Church of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian in Pokrovka is located on a high hill on the left bank of the Tylihul River.
The foundation of the church took place in 1894, and the consecration took place in 1911. The construction was carried out at the expense of General Semenov and the landowner Kondratskyi.
The temple is made in pseudo-Rus style, made of red brick, has 11 domes. In Pokrovka, there is an opinion that the Church of John the Theologian is a copy of Saint Michael's Cathedral in Vienna or Saint Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersburg.
During the Second World War, the Church of John the Theologian was used as an infirmary. Returned to the Orthodox community in 1989.

The Kodyma Historical and Local Lore Museum opened in 2007. It is located in the center of the city of Kodyma in the former estate of Count Rozenfeld. The mansion was built in the 19th century in the Gothic style of red brick and is an architectural monument. In the 30s of the 20th century, the building housed a school, then a kindergarten.
The nine halls of the museum include the following exhibition sections: archaeological finds in the region, features of the life and crafts of the local Cossacks and peasantry, the life of a Ukrainian peasant in the late 19th - mid-20th centuries, the interior of the Count's Hall, historical events of the early 20th century, World War II, the Soviet period of the 50s - 80s of the 20th century, an exhibition hall.
The total number of exhibits in the museum is about 2,500 units.

The Lyubashivka Historical and Local Lore Museum was founded on a non-profit basis in 1982 on the initiative of history teacher Yuriy Kleyman. Later it received the status of "People's".
It is located in the center of the village of Lyubashivka on the second floor of the House of Culture. The museum collection consists of more than 1 thousand exhibits, which are presented in two halls and illustrate the history of the region from the Paleolithic to the present.
The museum presents a collection of stone tools discovered during excavations in the vicinity of Lyubashivka, artifacts of the Copper and Bronze Ages, etc. Ethnographic exhibits (traditional peasant clothing, household items) reveal the history of the development of the region in the 19th century. Separate expositions are dedicated to the "Baptism of Kyivan Rus", "Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921", "Victims of Political Repressions of 1937-1938", "Chornobyl Tragedy".

The Podilsk City Museum of Local Lore was opened in the then Kotovsk in 1961.
It was originally housed in a historic building of the beginning of the 20th century and was dedicated mainly to the Bolshevik leader Heorhiy Kotovsky, the commander of the Red Army units and an active participant in the "Red Terror" on the territory of Ukraine, who died in Odesa and was buried in the mausoleum in Podilsk. The exposition also told about the history of the city, its economic and cultural development.
In 1980, an art gallery was opened, where the works of local artists are presented: Leonid Hryhorashchenko, Mykola Slipchenko and others.
Since 2008, the Podilsk Museum of Local Lore has been located in the city's cultural center. It has three exhibition halls on the history and nature of the region. The picture gallery is also used for exhibitions of works by folk craftsmen.

The Historical and Local Lore Museum was established in the village of Savran in 1964. A room in the House of Culture with an area of 60 square meters was allocated for the institution. For a long time, the museum operated on a non-profit basis.
The museum's exhibits were photo-documentary materials donated by the Odesa State Historical and Local Lore Museum, as well as materials and objects collected by residents of Savran and surrounding villages.
In the late 1990s, the museum went through difficult times - for some time it was closed, and the exhibition suffered irreversible losses.
The museum resumed its work in 2004. The main collection consisted of 320 items. Since 2013, the museum's exhibition has been moved to the premises of the Savran comprehensive school.
Currently, the museum's exhibition consists of three thematic sections. The first section is "My Ukraine - an independent state", which houses the expositions "Heavenly Hundred", "Glory to the Defenders of Ukraine", "Chornobyl - a catastrophe forever", "Heroes do not die" and "History of the Ukrainian army".
The second section is dedicated to the events of World War II and the war in Afghanistan.
The ethnographic section includes expositions about the history of the region, about prominent people of Savran region, as well as expositions of folk crafts - "Pottery in Ukraine", "Our amulets", "Ukrainian clothes", "Mother's scarf", "Prayer for Ukraine". Here you can familiarize yourself with the collections "Christmas tree decorations", "Money paper signs, coins", learn the history of the creation of the Savran music and drama theater, the history of Savran and the villages of the community, as well as touch archaeological finds.

The Yasenivsky People`s Museum of History and Local Lore was founded in the village of Yasenove Druhe in 1960. The head and founder of the museum was the historian and local lore expert Serhiy Rakhubenko, who began collecting exhibits in 1948 and whose name the museum now bears.
The museum is located on the territory of the Holy Intercession Church in an adapted building of the church building.
Today, the museum's collection includes more than 3 thousand exhibits. For the presence of rare and unique exhibits, the museum was awarded the title of "People's", which was confirmed in 1991.
Among the interesting exhibits of the museum are: a flint knife from the settlement of the Trypillyan culture, ritual ceramic vessels of the Chernyakhiv culture, a plow, a wooden axle of a milky-white cart, a wooden propeller of the first airplanes, carpoles (wooden pitchforks), a tusk of a fossil rhinoceros (1 million years old), whole teeth of a dinotherium and a mammoth, relics of Adzhymushkay, a Greek amphora from the bottom of the Kerch Strait, a terracotta seal of the church of the Berdyansk Regiment, and a flint axe.
