Stare Selo

Stare Selo on the Psel River is located south of Sumy, just beyond the bypass.

It was founded in the 18th century by landowners Kondratiev, direct descendants of Sumy founder Herasym Kondratyev. It used to be called Stare.

The two-story building "Teremok", which is considered the oldest secular building of the Sumy Region, remains from the landowner's estate. In the first half of the 19th century, the estate became the property of the Zboromyrskys, and from the 1860s - the Lykhachovs.

The remains of the bell tower of the Saint Nicolas Church (1741-1754) have also been preserved.

Старе Село на річці Псел розташоване на південь від Сум, одразу за об'їзною.

Засноване в XVIII столітті поміщиками Кондратьєвими, прямими нащадками засновника Сум Герасима Кондратьєва. Раніше називалося Старе.

Від поміщицької садиби залишився двоповерховий будинок "Теремок", який вважається найдавнішою світською будівлею Сумщини. В першій половині XIX століття маєток перейшов у власність Зборомирських, а з 1860-х років - Лихачових.

Також збереглися залишки дзвіниці Миколаївської церкви (1741-1754 роки).
